AAPT Business Meeting, June 27, 2025, Hotel Hot Springs
Meeting called to order 10:16 a.m. by Maurice Henry.
Power was off for this brief meeting; a truck hit the power pole outside the hotel.
Prayer was led by Maurice Henry.
Minutes were amended due to a motion by Christopher King that was seconded by
Rhonda Harris and approved by those in attendance.
Treasurers report was given by Steve Avery. Motion to approve it as read was made by
Greg Collins, seconded by Dennis Emerson, and approved by those in attendance.
Motion to open the floor for nominations to the AAPT Board was made by Steve Avery
and seconded by Christopher King and approved by those in attendance.
Mr. Tom Hill was nominated for the open position on the Board. With no further
nominations, a motion to close the floor for nominations was made by Cary Windham
and seconded by Steve Chaney. Mr. Tom Hill’s addition to the board was approved by
those in attendance.
A motion to adjourn was made by Greg Collins, seconded by Donald Vanorstrand, and
approved by those in attendance.
